PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping (Worldwide): 7-20 business days Express Shipping (where available): 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPMENT TRACKING Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking link provided.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES Zivora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Zivora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
